Hi,All my listings are for postage within Australia onlyI had a buyer from France make me an offer which I now want to accept.I am trying to send him an invoice as he has agreed to pay the postage but when I try and send it I am getting this message ...

Buyer says when he trys to buy from me he gets a message -"the seller cant accept payments right now." I have had 2 sales today with no issue? Any idea whats going on?
