I recently bid on a unique item (framed vintage photos) and was outbid
by another buyer. Today I have found the item relisted and at a much
higher price than it was "sold" for. What is going on? Is this in breach
of Ebay policy?
I am intending to return a fraudulently described item to a seller in
another country. When should I be given a refund? a) Once I have sent
him a copy of the proof of postage?orb) Only once he has received the
item?
I had thought of that but studied the items carefully. They are
definitely unique hand painted photos and the two listings used the same
