I don't think this is the only reason as I just had a neutral feedback
left without being contacted by the buyer. I reached out to eBay for
guidance as I felt it was unfair to not be given any evidence of the
alleged issue but also to not be offered ...
Don't you think though that it is unfair that as a seller I am mindful
of the possibility of ruining my perfect feedback score which clearly is
not the case with shonky buyers? I find this grossly unfair.
