I don't have PayPal account, must I use PayPal to buy items on ebay?I like to submit money directly to seller's bank account from my credit-card, is it possible? Thanks.

I bought 10 coins on ebay. "Current bid" says the 10 coins are for $2.00AU.But the input asks me to type $2.25 or more, I did it. Then "Current bid" increased to $2.25AU, and same input asks to itype $2.50 or more. The process looks like auction. BTW...
