my landing page has gone to "watch",it was "all selling". I want it back to "all selling"

My landing page has gone from "all selling" to "watch". I think Ebay has done this, and I can't find a way to go back to "all selling".

Was left negative feedback due to Ebay Plus

Somehow a buyer left negative feedback when purchased batteries, I never had free postage but he informed me with Ebay plus It said free post ?

MY NEW LISTINGS HAVE "CLICK AND COLLECT AT WOOLIES, AND i CAN'T REVISE AS THE TICK BOX IS GONE.
