Hi,

I need a refund on a faulty item. The sellers are ignoring me and when I go to chat on eBay the item doesn’t appear. I tried calling eBay but it says phone number not connected. Is there any other way to make contact with eBay for a refund? Thanks

You do not need to contact the seller,or ebay to open an item not as described dispute, and follow through with it, within the time limit

Is your Purchase History Page > See Orders  set to the correct timespan ?
