Did you follow the proper eBay process?

 

 

If not, other members can't help you and you will not be covered by eBay

 

Did you open a dispute? 

 

Have you checked the original funding source for the refund?

Now you have posted the other stuff in your other thread

 

It does not look like you opened and followed through with an item not as described dispute and you have simply done 'what the seller said' instead  is that correct?

 

 

Seller is registered in China and has questionable feedback and selling garbage with photos lifted from other websites

 

And another huge red flag is they asked you to change your neg feedback to get a refund

 

That is not how it works

 

Such as a seller had no intention of refunding you and you are not covered by eBay if you do your own thing

The tracking number you've given may need investigation as it's showing as "delivery expected on 23rd January"   but is still showing as 'running late', not yet delivered.

 

Was it being  sent  to a dropshipping warehouse in Australia ?

Seller is registered in China, so possibly been sent by the OP to an establishment that is not equipped to deal with deliveries 

 

Especially since they were dodgy enough to tell the OP to fix the neg they left before they would help them

Did you expect to receive genuine HD Handlebars, if so that is not what you bought. even if you followed ebays correct return process, refunds are not applicable until  the item is actually received by the seller.
