RE : received item not as described ( damaged )

Can someone please help me with a seller that is playing games with me.  I received an item that didn’t work as described.  The seller continues to send replies that just don’t make sense.  I have emailed him over 30 times only to hear he’s empty promises.  I have opened up a dispute with eBay , they said they would intervene on the 21st of last month if the seller didn’t contact them.  The seller contacted eBay & said he sent the item to me , after that eBay contacted me & said he replied to them , so far that’s the last i’ve heard of my case.  This seller is a smart- ar*e how thinks he can rip me off with faulty goods ,  i was scammed out of thousands of dollars just before Xmas , he’s not getting away with ripping me off.  Can anybody help me please?.

A bit like the chinese seller,  this does not make much sense.

"The way i looked at it all he had to do was just add a couple of words in he’s reply & everything would of been sorted , even included instructions with item , problem solved. But he chose the hard road. In the end i fixed the issue myself. No help from him , what a shame."

So it appears you have received the item, and figured out how it works,

So why did you  open a case and continue to claim you are entitled to a refund.
