who is the best place outside of Ebay to report scams

My account has obviously been compromised.   Two sales were conducted and buyers saying I took their money and didn't post good.  Ebay have closed the case in their favour.  What is the best course of action to follow up.  I am out of pocket $800.  I am resident in Australia.

If the transactions were done through PayPal, give them a call.

I had similar and PP could see they were done from a different country so returned the funds.
