Basically what the headline says. Seller cancelled the sale and refunded claimingg some calculation glitch. He has since relisted the item. I have since recieved a notice in my purchase history for an unpaid item! I think the seller was not happy with what the item originally sold for, and it has gone above what l bid for it already now he has relisted. How do l get rid of the notice.

I purchased an item from the US to be sent to Australia... When it finally comes through on my bank statement I find ebay has ripped me blind on fees for global shipping program which amount to whole lot more than a mere 10% that is supposed to be Australian GST is... Furthermore the amounts shown in "my order total" does not match the bank statement... To add insult to injury no invoice(s) have been issued so under ATO law, i can't really claim as the legitimate business expense that it is, including the fact that it's not even an ATO compliant tax invoice. There seems no mechanism within my account to take ebay to task about these matters. After buying many tens of thousands of dollars internationally through ebay before, i can now say i've completely done my last ever transaction through ebay. We're done... thanks for the memories.

I recently won a 7 day auction (I was the only bidder) for a low value item coming from the UK and paid for it promptly. The seller has since cancelled the order. I realise this happens on occasion though there should be a very good reason which should be passed on to the buyer. I'm more than a bit disappointed with the seller's communication where she states that she's "unable" to sell it to me which seems a bit odd. Perhaps I'm making too much out of how the message was phrased, but would have expected something more than that - it's damaged, lost etc.The item was up for auction for 7 days so seller should have been aware of its availability during that time - seems odd to cancel only after payment. I'm wondering if posting international was too much bother. So I have 2 questions: 1. should I ask seller for more details 2. should I report seller for the cancellation 3. I'm tempted to leave negative feedback, or neutral at the very most. Is negative feedback too harsh in the circumstances. Here is the seller's message in full: "I am really sorry but I am no longer able to sell the item to you. I have done an immediate refund to you through eBay. I am sorry for any disappointment that this has caused"

i bought a ipod of REMOVED and i told them that i wanted to cancel the order as i wanted it for my granddaughters birthday and it wasnt going to be here in time.they wrote back and said that i couldnt cancel as you only have 48 hours to do it and that it already had been shipped.i looked up on my purchase and it said that it had been sent on the 29/1/19,but then this morning i checked and it says it got posted on the 4/2/19,and i wont be getting it til the end of the week.i dont know if there is anything i can do about this but its wrong for them to lie about the shipping.

Do not purchase this product for use on Iphones or older Desktops. (Unsure about other devices) The drivers are incompatible and the device does not work. The Seller is also terrible to deal with. They mislead customers, fail to respond and cancel refunds. I purchased this Headset from them and essentially lost my money... Do not do the same. You have been warned.

Transaction ID REMOVED In October 2018 I purchased a battery, item ID REMOVED which I returned in November. The battery, return ID REMOVED, was posted back to the seller on 5/11/18 and delivered by APO at 1.00pm on 9/11. The deadline set by the seller was 13/11. Initially Ebay rejected my claim for a refund claiming I missed the deadline. When I disputed the decision the matter was referred to Paypal who, to the present moment, are stalling on the matter of a refund, asking constantly for more information but not progressing my claim. The latest email advises me to contact the seller. Why should I have to contact the seller? If there is absolutely no other way to advance my claim could you supply me with the address details. The seller supplied me with the following address in order to return the battery:- Receiver Zhoujun Li Unit 2/38 - 40 Little Boundary Rd Laverton North Victoria 3026 RMAA001-181103-0006 I have previously supplied you with a copy of the APO receipt and tracking number which supports my claim that the battery actually was posted and delivered within the prescribed time. As a customer of Ebay, I am asking for your help and advice as to how to resolve my claim. I presume the seller is TST-Power but my email in December to them at REMOVED has not received a reply.
