So you blame Ebay for your troubles. They can't possibly supervise every sale. Mistakes can happen and yes, there would be some shonky sellers, but Ebay also has rules. You just have to know them. Firstly, check out the feedback of the Seller before you buy. Then when things go wrong, contact the Seller and let them know. If necessary open a case with Ebay for "item not as described" Ask for a refund and don't accept a part refund that you are not happy with. With your low feedback, it would appear that maybe you have not made wise choices in who you buy from. Look for Sellers with 100% positive feedback. Ebay is not a Scam, and if you think you have been scammed, then you need to take some responsibility for the choices you have made or the Sellers you have chosen to deal with.

shoppingbag*, excellent advice
Trouble is, this person just does not want to know
They have been posting for months 'eBay is scam', have several times been given detailed information on what they needed to do and were given the direct link to open a dispute (back before it was too late for them to do so)
Their poor choices are all on them
But what gets me is their insisting on repeatedly posting totally false comments
Other buyers who find themselves in a similar situation need to know the do have the power to do something, rather than being put off taking the steps they need to take because one person preferred to spam the forum with nonsense than take a couple of minutes to read the advice they were given months ago and open the dispute
And all this time later, they are still posting the same thing
If I were a buyer who did not know how things worked and I read all their nonsense comments, I would be thinking 'why bother then, eBay won't help me'
We know their comments do not reflect reality in any way
New buyers are likely to be turned off doing anything because of those false comments

I want to report this seller to ebay for feedback extortion now, but do not see any option to do so.
There is no option to do anything until the estimated delivery date is expired.
Shouldn't we be able to do this now and refer to the sellers ebay message system correspondence for evidence to take action now?
Given this aspect of complaint is not reliant or related to the longest estimated delivery dates!

I wanted to report that wrong item was sent after the delivery date elapsed.
But have taken your advice through return request.

That type of attack on buyers should not be tolerated. Who died and gave you the right to abuse buyers?

Scam sellers are abusing buyers with your support. Not every body understands eBay, they should be supported. The only way eBay is going to remove bad actors is if some buyers out them. Wake up

So not only are you talking to yourself, but you've just outed yourself. It looks like you may have forgotten to change IDs 🤣🤣🤣
What actors are you referring to, and why do you think eBay would be involved in casting for a production?

Nobody here is supporting them
You have been posting the same thing for months
ebay is all about the buyer
If someone does not know how any site works, encourage them to find out the basics, read the policies or ask first
You can blame other members all you want
Would have taken you less to to look at sellers feedback, and read the MBG than it has spending months blaming other members for your choices of who you buy from, ignoring all the tools buyers are given to protect themselves and attacking everyone here who has given you advice
IF you had genuine concern, you would be telling buyers what the need to do, instead of continuing to falsely accuse other members of supporting bad sellers
As for your last comment, buyers DO out them
It is called neg feedback
And you are still supporting dodgy sellers with a mountain of negs
You are not outing anyone by abusing members here
