It says army green, yet to me they look lovely rich dark blue:

Buyers of Dr. Martens boots couldn't give two hoots weather the boots are blue or blue green or army green as all these hues would serve the same purpose.
As d*g has demonstrated, a general statement doesn't necessarily apply to individuals, which makes such a statement, at best, questionable.

She has only refered to this brand of boots, not "buyers don't care what colour items they get"..
Now pay attention here:
Buyers of Dr. Martens boots couldn't give two hoots weather the boots are blue or blue green or army green as all these hues would serve the same purpose.
I am sorry, but WHY would "people who buy Dr. Martens boots" be any different to people who buy any other item? I actually own very similar type of boots; it is suede, I bought them in Paris 20 years ago, they are made in France, and I did definitely care very much what colour I was getting.
You could also say that "these sort" of people would not care what colour pants or jacket they get, after all they would also serve the same purpose whether these items come in hot pink, yellow or purple with red dots.
Just one more reason I would never buy anything from jameshouseofstyle.

A very, very long time ago, back in early eighties Docs became very popular with goths and punks back in the UK, My elder daughter (goth) had a couple of pairs of the boots and they HAD to be black.
Younger daughter (not goth most of the time as only 12 lol) had a couple of pairs of the shoes, as she had such awkward to fit feet they were the only thing she could wear for more than an hour, and was very particular about the colour. She had a pair that could have been loosely described as army green, no way would she have wanted a pair that were anything like blue and especially not the T word.
Elder daughter is now in her 40s and still has one pair that are very wearable and come out in winter when she wants to keep her feet dry but not wear wellies.

I bought blue suede Dr Martens because I wanted blue suede. green suede does not equal blue suede
I bought floral with a pink background Dr Martens because I did not want the white background, white background does not equal pink background.
I bought cherry red Dr Martens because I wanted cherry red and burgandy does not equal cherry red.
I buy 8 up because they are comfortable on my feet so I don't want 12 up or 16 up or anything else.
According to jameshouseofstyle I must be a born whinger if I were to complain about getting anything other than purchased style and colour.

Unfortunately I can't find the item - it just bring up 0 items.
But I will add my voice to those who if they want pink don't want red,
or who want army green, which is a specific colour, don't want blue or teal.
