Bidding blocked

I was recently blocked from bidding for an item on EBay.

i had never dealt with that seller before and have always paid on time

The main reasons sellers are refusing to deliver to PO boxes are firstly that couriers will not usually deliver to PO boxes and secondly ebay and Paypal started off in the USA where PO boxes work entirey differently to how they work in Aus. Anyone can acquire a PO box there without having to give a proof of identity and there is no way a seller can prove a delivery has been made. That is why Paypal would not cover items sent to PO boxes. They now cover them if they are in Aus or other countries where they are regulated but still do not cover them in the US.
