Hi. A while ago I asked about completed listings for an item.
The completed listings show no bids in the past. But if a bid was made then retracted would this show in the history of "0" bids?
Thanks

Interesting question.
I know retracted bids show when there are bids, and the item is sold.
But only one bid that was retracted?.....dunno about that one.
Maybe someone else will.

I'm a little suspicious of the item I inquired about (email to seller) after it's 4th time with no sale suddenly has a bid by a new, 0, bidder. Because they're anonymous I can't tell whether they are newly joined as well, but I assume so.

Okay, had a look at one that had ended with no bids.
It shows no bids, so it should show if any bids were retracted, down the bottom.
Click on the 0 bids on the completed item you're looking at.

I don't think that retracted bids show. I was recently watching an item and noticed that the price had gone down and one bid had disappeared, but it didn't show anywhere as a retracted bid. I know that if you click on the bidders in an auction, you can see if they have retracted bids, but seeing as this highest bidder had only put one bid on and then retracted it and they had gone from the bidding, it just didn't show up, and I couldn't look at them because they no longer appeared on the bidding list.

Did you scroll to the very bottom of the bidders list....that is where a retracted bid will show.
It has nothing to do with clicking on the bidder's ID.

My post with the screenshot did say to go to the bottom of the bidding to see if any bids were retracted.

Yes they do but only on the sold listings,if the listing didn't sell but a bidder retracted a bid then it won't show the retraction it will just say that no bids were made.
