Ebay's global shipping program

Hi I brought an item from the US and it is being delivered via the global shipping program. Is it normal for an item to sit at the global shipping centre in the US for 10 days? (Cause that's what ebay's tracking tells me)

eBays tracking system can be quite delayed when it comes to the GSP. From my research, sometimes the shipment can be delivered without a further update from eBay once it gets to the shipping center in KY. I'd wait another day or two before contracting the seller.

if you take the time to scroll through a few pages of topics in both buyer and seller forums you will find mulitple threads covering the global shipping program and all of its problems.

your not the first to ask about the global shipping programs delivery times.

It is not necessarily "normal" for items to sit in Erlanger for 10 days, but it is not all that unusual.

And there is no point contacting the seller....once the items have arrived at Erlanger they can no longer track them....the seller's part is done.
