I agree in the last 6 months ebay staff see to be unaware of rules and policies and just seem to do what ever they please. No consistency in the application of rules and feel like they can do what ever they please. Ebay management really need to focus on training staff.

I agree that you need to read the postage dates of the zombie threads you are disinterring.
This thread is NINE years old and eBay policies were significantly different when this thread was relevant.
You need to focus on details, given you expect eBay staff to.
