Hello all... I am being harrassed by a Seller to remove a Neg I gave him for faulty goods ( chinese) 14 emails and counting. I know it is against Ebay rules to exhort feedback removal from buyers .I know the rules.. I have contacted Ebay and reported the emails and content 5 or 6 times and all I get is the links to the rules...I have blocked this seller but I know he can still email me.. The whining pidgion english is a croc and annoying. He says on his listing pages that he is from Australia. Says he is NOT dropshipping and yet my goods took 5 weeks to arrive. personally I think he is in HK.. Ebay seems to pander to these powersellers and buyers are left to rot. Their advice to me is to not answer and he will go away.. Guess what?... in 2 weeks, he hasn't gone away...What else can I do ?

That is a serious insult.
I have an impeccable record and i offer the best in customer service.
And my feedback backs me up.
Just because you have no idea about the feedback system and what is right and what is not.
Does not give you the right throw around insults about my selling,when i have a record like i do.
In fact,you just welcomed yourself to my blocked bidders list just in case.

Hi,peppers-tree , most sellers including me still think u r nice person on ebay. and did not block you until now.
look you as valuable customer. But i think u should at least learn how to be nice to others. someday u will also need help from others, if u treat others as rubbish then i think others will treat you as rubbish as well.

Anyway no more rubbish talk,i have had my say,I am entitled to my opinion on the feedback system.

Are you sellers who say the feedback was unfair for real? The item was broken which it wouldn't have been if packaged properly, it wasn't posted until over a week after payment received and wasn't even the correct item and the seller doesn't deserve a neg? I don't care if they did refund, which it appears they did not do straight away, the buyer is under no obligation to change the feedback.

I have sucessfully reported Harrassment through Ebay so do that. Also put them on your blocked buyer list so the emails can't get through (you may have already done it). Some people cannot take the consequences of their action. Bullies!
