Members can reply to messages they've received for up to 90 days, so if you've replied to any, the block mentioned above won't work (the block actually just removes "contact seller" from listings, so it's not a block in the true sense of the word).
If someone is harassing you, though, you can report them to eBay if you think is will de-escalate the situation, as eBay will contact them on your behalf and tell them to stop.

You should only report a seller if you think they're violating our policies, for example:
