Not sure what to do. I bought and paid for (Paypal) items a while back that have not yet been delivered. I bught a few other items from over seas at the samer time. They have all arrived. I have left "Negative Feedback" which I believe to be jusyified as I've waited long enough for the goods to arrive. How do I contact the seller to let them know they have 1. Not honoured their sid of the contract and 2. I will never use or recommend them again?

Have you contacted seller - drop down menu on R/H side of purchased Items? Where are the items coming from?
If it is less than the 45 days that Paypal advise you when you pay you can open an Item Not Received through there. If over 45 days you can try a charge back through your bank if paid by credit card.

You have gone about the whole situation in the wrong manner IMO. Did you contact the Seller to ask if and when the item has been posted ? You should have, if you didn't. Then you could have opened a Dispute and got your $$$ back. As you have already left the seller a Neg, I doubt if you will ever hear from them again. They have most likely Blocked you.

You bought an item from China on Oct 2, with free postage. 90% of the time, free postage items come by boat, which can take 4-6 weeks. I think you have been a bit harsh on this seller, especially if you didn't contact them before negging them.
Looking at your feedback, you have left 2 sellers feedback and both have been bad. A very quick way to end up on everyone's special list. Sellers check those things and take appropriate action to protect themselves.
Why is it that new sellers are always so quick to hit the red button before trying to resolve an issue with the seller? Now that you've negged them, they won't speak to you. Why should they? You can't do any more damage so there is no need to communicate with you.

Added later. It may be wise in the future to Commincate more with the Sellers if your having any problems. Going by what I can see in regards to Feedback, your very quick on the Neg & Neutral, but haven't left any Positives ??? Yes, I know leaving Feedback is completely Voluntary.

In future-
1.Contact seller if there is a problem. They are probably not psychic & don't know that your item hasn't arrived.Give them say 48hr to check it out & respond. There is probably no point now telling the seller that you won't buy from them again,as they have probably blocked you from doing so.
2.Contact eBay/PayPal to resolve the problem if the seller doesn't.
3.Leave feedback (if desired) Serving suggestion-is best served with truth & fairness. It has a used by date (can't remember now how many days)
As sheep & horizon said,if you jump in to leave a neg without telling the seller there is a problem, the seller has a defect & no incentive to fix anything for you.

According to the listing the item is being sent from their Sydney wharehouse.
All the same, a delivery estimate of between 9-19 days from the date of purchase is given (ie 7-13 business days), so the OP has definitely jumped the gun.
Leaving a negative feedback for item not received prior to the date given to allow for delivery is completely unreasonable, & to not at least try to contact the seller before leaving such premature feedback is .. well... very poor form to say the least.
OP, at this point the seller has done zero wrong. It's your fault for not reading or paying attention to the information provided by the seller as regards the estimated time for delivery. If you don't like those times, then don't purchase from them, it's not rocket science. By purchasing from them you agreed to that time-frame for delivery.
Tbh, as China sellers go, this was one of the more professional & easily understood listings (using excellent English) you're liable to find.
I hope the seller can have the neg removed in this instance.

OP, to answer your title question, 'How to contact...', as daydreams mentioned above you can contact the seller by using the drop down menu on the far right hand side of the item as it appears in the purchases section on your my ebay summary page, or which you can also find via clicking on purchase history.
You can also contact the seller through the listing itself by scrolling almost all the way down the page and clicking on 'ask a question' which you can find near the bottom left of the page bellow 'Questions and answers about this item'.
OP, if you do now contact the seller and they choose to respond to you, I suggest you apologize and ask them for instructions on how you can help them to remove the unfair negative that you left them. Just an idea.

Leaving anything else aside, as I just want to speak about transactions and feedback in general, there is a lot that can happen between a seller posting an item and Australia Post (or other company) delivering it, none of which is in the control of the seller. Without communicating with the seller first, the only thing you know is that you don't have the item yet - you don't know if they posted it (they more than likely did, most sellers do unless they are scammers), you don't know if it's still in transit, you don't know if it was delivered to you and stolen from the mail box (though I know that can be ruled out in a number of cases, eg if you have a PO box).
The point is, feedback is supposed to be based on the seller's performance, and you can't do that honestly and justifiably if the only criteria you use is whether you receive the item by the time you feel you've waited enough.
The majority of sellers, if you simply let them know there seems to be an issue with delivery and you're concerned, will be very happy to assist you, in either locating the original shipment, or if not, send a replacement or issue a refund - communicating with them first, politely and respectfully, is the most appropriate way to resolve an issue, because 99% of the time the seller has no idea there is an issue until the buyer lets them know, but they are happy to work with you to sort it out once they do.

I contacted them via email several times. They have not blocked me. They also apologised for the delay. I have replied to them that I will change the negative review to a positive review when I get the goods. I will do this. NB I have ordered from China before with so called "Free Postage" and received goods in a much shorter time. Also their advertising bosts quick turn around from their 'Sydney' depot.
