Not sure what to do. I bought and paid for (Paypal) items a while back that have not yet been delivered. I bught a few other items from over seas at the samer time. They have all arrived. I have left "Negative Feedback" which I believe to be jusyified as I've waited long enough for the goods to arrive. How do I contact the seller to let them know they have 1. Not honoured their sid of the contract and 2. I will never use or recommend them again?

I have replied to them that I will change the negative review to a positive review when I get the goods. I will do this. NB I have ordered from China before with so called "Free Postage" and received goods in a much shorter time. Also their advertising bosts quick turn around from their 'Sydney' depot.
Their advertising can boast whatever it wants (within eBay rules), the bottom line is that their advertising/listing provides an estimated delivery time. As has been pointed out already in this thread, it doesn't matter how long you think they should take to arrive, what matters is the estimated time for delivery the seller provided in their listing.
You don't know how their processes work, they do. As I said before, by purchasing from them you agreed to that time frame for delivery.
Your leaving feedback for non delivery before that time had expired was poor conduct on your part, no matter how you want to try to rationalize it.

Why would you bother changing your fb? You seem to only concern yourself with leaving fb when you have something negative to say.
Your actions are very disappointing perhaps this is not the right platform for you.

According to the listing the item is being sent from their Sydney wharehouse.
All the same, a delivery estimate of between 9-19 days from the date of purchase is given (ie 7-13 business days), so the OP has definitely jumped the gun.
Leaving a negative feedback for item not received prior to the date given to allow for delivery is completely unreasonable, & to not at least try to contact the seller before leaving such premature feedback is .. well... very poor form to say the least.
I should point out that the delivery estimate bolded above is to my postcode which, whilst being in Newcastle, has the exact same time for delivery by Australia Post as any postcode in the Sydney metro area. So if they are are shipping from Sydney, then that estimate above is for the very minimum time frame for delivery. If the OP is from further afield then the time estimate for delivery would be even longer.

Still hasven't received the goods. By the way, just as a matter of fact; all I am doing is ordering product and paying for it in advance. Positive feedback is not necessary unless of course everyone in the world has suddenly become totally insecure in which case they should collectively go and get some therapy from an over priced psychologist. I'm not falling in love with them, just buying somthing on line. I don't have to tell them they're wonderful and glorious and marvellous and the best thing that ever happened to humanity. As I said before, when I eventually get my product, I will change the feedback to a positive one. NB This is the only time I have left negative feedback. Also, last week I ordered several items from Europe all of which have arrived. I don't have to give them positive feedback for their prompt delivery of the items I paid for in advance; merely show my support by re-ordering from them. That is, spending more money with them. Get it?

but you are happy to give a neg for something that might be the sellers fault. I don\t care if a buyer gives feedback but it would be nice if I was contacted first if something was wrong.

There's no need to heap praise upon your seller if you don't wish to, but if nothing else it's the polite thing to do to leave feedback if only to let them know that the item has arrived. As a seller, there are few things worse than hearing absolutely nothing for several weeks and wondering if the item has been delivered or not. Get it?

I'm sure the seller in question would tell us that they 'got it'... right in the neck.
Btw, this might be an appropriate place to offer my thanks to a couple of other members for helping me figure out how to create my own 'special list'. Thank you, much appreciated.
And congrats to the OP.

Still no goods delivered. I got an email from the seller saying that my goods were ready for collection at my local post office. There was I , all ready to change the negative feedback to a positive one untill I went to the post office to be told there was no parcel for me to collect. Infact, as far as Australia Post was concerned, the package is till in China. All you responders who think I'm so ungenerous, may think that this kind of service is good enough. I do not. I have contacted the seller to let them know I will give them one more week to get my stuff to me. After that i will be taking steps to get my money back. I too will be making my own little list.

A mother watches proudly as her son, looking resplendant in his smart dress uniform, marches past with his regiment during their marching out parade.
The mother turns to the lady next to her and with obvious pride in her voice says "look there, that's my son... he's easily the very best soldier of them all, you can tell that he is since he's the only one marching in step"

Really? Honestly? Never mind. I repeat: When I get my goods, I will change the bad feedback to good. How many times do you...?
