Off with her head.
Pandora has nothing to do with the OP's problem AFAIK
Probably my fault.
I was telling OP to read feedback in future as the seller I think he bought from has a history of selling fakes & dangerous items, according to the feedback. One buyer commented that the pandora they bought was a fake, & I mentioned that a Chinese seller on ebay isn't where you go looking for genuine pandora. Plus another buyer had an electrical item that exploded or caused a bulb to explode.
So those issues are not about ozma's missing item as such but more about being careful who you buy from.

When the OP first posted on the 29th, no negative feedback had been left.
Everything indicated that it was one of two sellers with seller X being the most likely.
It still could be !
The negative feedback left is obviously aimed at "eBay as the seller".
And starting with "I will never give a feedback" doesn't actually indicate there's been a problem with the pill box seller.
I'm hoping that poor seller hasn't received negative feedback just because the OP isn't happy with not being able to talk to someone at eBay.
And of course, very poor form of the OP not to let anyone know exactly who the problem is with, or
indeed if there is an actual problem.......after being answered so quickly, even if 3 minutes late !

Spot on
The OP’s neg is entirely inappropriate and unreasonable and I can only hope the seller at least tries to report it
Having a tantrum and leaving a neg because us ‘robots’ (members) took three minutes to reply is disgusting. And then punishing the seller for us not replying fast enough

I still strongly suspect it is the seller X that ozma is unhappy with.
That's because the complaint is about an item not received, not a faulty item.
With the negative, that gives the impression (to me) that they may have had a problem with something else they bought (a pill box?), which the seller tried to fix, and where the seller has now requested positive feedback. If this buyer had to go through an automated ebay claim system to get a refund or partial refund or whatever, he would not have been happy.
It could be part of the reason though why the buyer is now jumpy about another item bought from ebay. But it is all speculation unless we are told more details.
I agree, the reason given for the negative is not fair as it is about a process and not about the problem with the transaction.
But isn't it funny how ozma expects instant responses yet is slow to reply himself/herself.
My suspicion is ozma has no idea this is a message board and is sttting at home, fuming that ebay has not replied in messages yet.

They also expected an item to reach them from China in a week (giving weekend and public holiday was included)
But yes, demands an instant, on the spot reply and then totally ignores everyone

"giving weekend and public holiday was included"
Exactly.
And although we don't know all the details, there's a good chance that neither of the sellers' items had
arrived at the time the OP posted this thread. No inappropriate and unreasonable negative feedback had been left.
Seller B appears to be a good seller.
If I purchased from the seller today, the estimated delivery date would be between
Friday 7th Feb and Friday 14th Feb.
Seller X is now back and even if the "away until 2nd February" message wasn't showing at the time of
purchase, if I purchased from the seller today, the estimated delivery date would be between
Tuesday 11th Feb and Tuesday 18th Feb
