So I’ve bought a pair of AirPods for $160, and it said it would arrive between the 14-19th of may. Not long after purchasing the product the listing was removed for a “policy violation”. I saw this and decided to cancel the order, as there was no tracking available and it hadn’t arrived, it was also now the 20th of may. On the 28th of may my cancellation request was denied with it stating “your product will arrive on the 18th of may” but that was 10 days ago. I’ve also submitted for a refund but have heard nothing and don’t know how to get my money back. Any help is appreciated

Yeah ok, I know I personally have to escalate it but thought it had to be after the sellers response. Thanks for the help

You would escalate if the seller has not responded, or if the seller’s response is inadequate or fails to resolve the issue.
Keep an eye out for the option to escalate popping up in the case/dispute/request.

Just in case the listing completely disappears, take screenshots of the details.

Well the seller never responded so eBay said they issued a full refund, I didn’t even take that further step.
