Invoice does not have seller ABN or GST included

Hi all,

I bought a 2 new phones from a ebay seller. Dispacthed phones from Sydney location.  However the invoice I have received is in simple plain text with no seller info or gst component.  
Under FROM, it says contact us via ebay  messages.
Under order details it just states the total amount and sub total amount and no gst amount.

I thought i am buying from a Australian Seller and would use the invoice to claim TRS at airport. I have sent multiple messages to  seller but no response back. 

I have anothe issue with the charger provided but i hope i get a reply from them soon.

Has anyone faced this type of issue? what ca i do here.

eBay Australia is a registered Australian company with ABN and must comply with Australian Consumer Law. Section 53 of Trade Practices Act outlines conditions under which the buyer is entitled to a full refund and the cost of return of the item is the sellers responsibility. If the matter cannot be resolved with the seller, eBay is required to abide by Australian Consumer Law.

Nope, eBay is a platform for sellers to advertise their items wordwide they do not control whether the sellers are able to give buyers an invoice with an ABN or GST on it.

Please read the whole thread and maybe you'll understand why that is.
