Next to the item on your won page, there are 3 things-Leave Feedback,Contact Seller & More Actions-click on more actions & look down & you'll see Resolve a Problem.Click on that & follow the prompts to open a Paypal dispute.
Its very easy & you're not ignorant.

I'm not foxette but you can open a dispute for Item Not Received by going into the tab called Purchase History. When you find the product that you paid for, click on the dropdown menu to the right called More Actions.
From that menu, click on Resolve A Problem. You'll be taken to another page where you can either report it as Not as Described or Not Received.
I would wait a few more days... Don't feel as though you have to lodge a dispute right away or you'll lose your money. You have 44 days or so to lodge a dispute and it's only been 10, so give it at least two full weeks to arrive. Around Christmas time, it's generally understood that parcels can take longer to arrive.

Thanks thesoul, i will wait a few days but the lack of communication and the recent neg against the seller worries me. The seller has also left f/b almost everyday since I won my item, so they are on line

Would try ringing the seller as you said .This time of year things do go missing have an item I sold vanish and it is registered but there is no record showing it at all .,Good old Aust Post .
If you cannot get hold of the seller then put in a claim .I think everyone deserves a chance .
