now I got a seller who's cancelling his auctions , with my bids on them and re-listing them again - well at least i think so .

The seller has ended the listings and cancelled all bids with the reason that the goods are no longer available, but does not seem to have relisted.
There is nothing that you can do about it...it is his item and he can do what he wants with it.

And your bids are more important than the seller's right to do what they want with their own property because??????

Sometimes when sellers end listings early it's because they received a private offer that was much higher than the perceived outcome for the listing. Happens all the time for collectable things.
It's not illegal to do that. They can then re-list on eBay and sell it to that private buyer. It's not ideal but it's within the rules.
