Bought this bag from this seller for $15.98 with free postage. Arrived today came directly from kmart in qld. Seller is in Western Australia . Bag is sold on kmart website for $10. When I checked sellers website they are selling other items from kmart but charging extra for item. Be aware.

It seems the OP expected a seller who is obviously drop shipping junk, and who has feedback in the toilet to not do the same thing with the item they bought at least
And upset about it enough when they did, to post on the forum about it, saying 'be aware' but not give the seller neg feedback
Not that they took any notice of all the red dots already collected in any event

It is far more complex than ebays policy would have you believe.
Third Party Fulfillment, is a legitimate, 100% legal, retail sales method/model. Done correctly it is not a problem for ebay or anyone else. It is big business, with many individuals having millions of transactions, and many more retiring from their day jobs to operate as full time drop shippers.
It is only going to get bigger
I agree that 3rd party fulfillment is common online and drop shipping seems to be fairly common on ebay too.
I don't know if I would classify this case as drop shipping though? I could be wrong. To me, a seller would normally have some connection with a drop shipper, a business agreement of some sort.
And items would not be sent with eg Kmart or Amazon logos all over them.
I don't believe that ebay would normally do much about this for 2 reasons. Firstly, they get a fee from every sale and two, if the seller is usually sending the items then ebay seems happy.
But I just noticed a strange thing. Not sure if it is just my computer or if something has happened to the seller?
I can see dee's feedback clearly and I can see the name of the seller for that transaction. But whern I click on the name of that seller, I am taken to a seller with a completely different name, with many thousands of transactions under their belt and with a feedback of 99.5%.

It is unlikely KMart would send a single $10 item for free.
Apples and oranges, maybe?
Postage is free for OnePass members

I did wonder that at first, but it mystifies me as that big seller/store has a 99.5% rating and thousands of transactions under its belt.
I don't know why any fairly big, regular seller would be using a system where they have things shipped directly from Kmart. I understand drop shipping is a thing but this seemed such a clumsy, amateurish thing to do. None of the other feedback that I can see hints at this happening to others. There are accounts of items being cancelled or not arriving, but no mention of things arriving in Kmart boxes etc, which I think there would be if it was a common occurrence.
