Promo code not working for promo title "Homegrown Sellers"?

Code PRAWN could not used without committing to buy. 

I have contacted the seller to allow customers to check discounted price without committing to buy first.

The seller responsed and asked to go to Ebay support on this as this is an ebay promo.

I have tried to use the code PRAWN from some of the listed sellers in Homegrown Sellers promo but upon selecting BIN it takes to the page to "Commit to Buy" without allowing me to check and confirm the discounted price.

You can only use a promo Code when you go through Checkout so of course you have to buy first.

Just work the discount out for yourself.....it isn't that hard to do.
