Purchased a book 3 times........Grrrrrrr

So I purchased a book from one of the big book guys.

After a few weeks they email me saying there may be a delay.

I ask how long.........................no responses.

2 months later they refund stating their supplier let them down.

Found another seller and purchased same book.

Exactly the same happens.

Third time lucky ? NOPE, exactly the same.

So I have now waited and tried for nearly 6 months from 3 big sellers on eBay to get this book.

AND they still have it listed................................Grrrr 

I am not going to do this a 4th time so suggestions anyone ? Dave ?

Book is "Alone" Richard Logan.

BTW, WHAT an amazing true story.

An 11 year old girl is found floating on cork in the middle of an ocean by a freighter.

No one knows how she got there and she kept it a secret until 20 something years later.

Try Amazon, there's independent sellers there and a couple of listings each for both hardcover and paperback (they don't always ship to Aus, and I didn't check which of the ones listed will...).

Only heavyweight on board was the chef

No paddle wheel on our little boat.  But this thing scared the living daylights

out of us going past in the middle of the night.   3 times the size of ours with

huge paddles thumpin' water.

I think I'll stick to paddlin' around the dam with my floaties (NOT pink ones!) along with the ducks, eels and turtles Stalks, that's waaaay too hairey for me............... hahahaha.
