Purchased item still sitting in my order section

I have a purchased item still sitting in my orders and it has been there for 61 days now.

I can't delete it because the seller hasn't and doesn't know how to acknowledge at his end that it has been paid for and he doesn't leave feedback.

I have paid for it and received it and I have left feedback but the seller hasn't done anything.

He says he doesn't know how to do it but has been on ebay for over 15 years.

I have communicated to him on what to do and even asked him to get someone close to him to help or even ebay to help him through the process but nothing has been done.

I asked ebay to help but nothing has been done.

So after all of this does anyone know how long does the transaction stay visible before I can delete it?

I thought it was 60 days the same time to leave feedback.

What is the problem.....you have the item and have left feedback.  What do you want the seller to do?

Just forget about it now and it will go to archives soon enough.

In purchases there is a drop down at the right hand side of the order -

'Other actions'  click on that and scroll down to 'hide order'

No that's the problem there is no hide order for me to click and it's been 61 days so why haven't I got the option to hide the order yet that's my question?

When will it go into archive that's what I want to know?

61 days now and still no option for me to hide the order.

It's always there on my page and I'm getting annoyed that I can't hide it.

All other orders have been hidden.

This order has payment pending when it has already been paid and acknowledged by the seller in messages.

Seller doesn't know how to click payment received.

Seller doesn't know how to click item posted.

Seller doesn't know how to leave feedback.

These things are what I want from the seller lyndal so I can hide the bloody order so not sure what you meant what do I want the seller to do it's there in black and white so not hard to do.

Just got confirmation from ebay that it will be hidden tomorrow 28/3
