I came on to see if anyone else had problems with Sendle, to see multiple problems. I paid for an item 28 days ago, and haven't received it. It's in some kind of Sendle limbo where they just add a couple of days into the future. The seller listed the item as post AP and I paid AP prices. At about 25 days, I requested a refund, as the event I bought it for was last weekend. I said I'd return it, which I would (should it ever actually arrive.) Now Ebay has delayed it's decision for another few days as well. I'm absolutely livid. It was supposed to arrive around 14 days ago. I'm relishing the bad feedback I'm going to give and I'm pretty sure this is it for ebay for me as a buyer.

So selecting Australia Post and having the seller use Sendle is now acceptable to you?
Good stuff... I don't expect to see a complaint from you about this practice ever again.

I have had several parcels go into limbo land with Sendle. Contacted them and was told they would be collected immediatly, that didnt happen and I messaged again. The items were finally collected from the business drop -off location 3 weeks later. I kept in contact with the buyer, however she reports it not arrived and I lost the sale and the item, It did eventually land with her (in the same state) 4 weeks from despatch. I now refuse to use their service as this has happended twice. This is in Western Australia, I dont think theres adequate couries on the ground and maybe the pays not worth it for them. They were good a few years ag
o but its not reliable anymore

No, I didn't 'select' AP, and I fully expected it to be AP. It wasn't. I have been in touch with the seller and pointed this out. The outcome is between him and me.
What I choose to say on here is my business. And it's usually very polite. Unlike some.

So why haven't you left the big red dot they deserve? There's really no other appropriate option for an item not as described.
I'd also be insisting on the cost of AP postage be refunded. This was included in your purchase price, yet it wasn't used.
Just curious what in this thread states an item not as described - thought postage was being discussed.

Obviously you've completely missed the text that you've actually quoted. Your answer lies within 😉

I see... so you misled us with your previous statement. The seller didn't actually advertise AP and use Sendle at all, but rather you simply assumed they would use AP - albeit mistakenly.
This means that you either selected a postage method other than Australia Post, or opted for local pickup.
There's also really no need to mention others who aren't being polite - I have no control over their behaviour.

1. The seller's listing did show AP. I did not select it from a list.
2. Everything I have posted is truthful

Sorry, but it certainly looks as though you're rather confused. How do you expect others to understand your experience when you are giving contradicting statements?
As you are fully aware, it is literally impossible to complete checkout without selecting a postage option. The eBay system simply won't allow it.
Therefore, regardless of whether multiple options are available or not, or whether the postage radio button was manually selected, one MUST still select a postage option for each and every item they purchase. By completing checkout, the buyer has selected the postage method - whether they wanted to or not. It really is that simple.
So in your experience, either you selected AP and the seller didn't use your selected postage method. This is how your earlier comments came across.
- or -
You selected a postage method other than AP. So even though it was an advertised option, you shouldn't expect the seller to use AP if you didn't select it. This is exactly what you are now saying.
