Seller not complying to the rules laid down by Ebay.

I would like to see a seller removed from selling any other item on Ebay. The reason being he does not comply with everything laid down as a seller, you are not able to get any reply from him also all you have to do is look at the comments some of the buyers have placed against him. At no time did he reply to postings that I made also did not notify me that he was giving all of my money back.

Can you advise if you did receive a refund or not.  From your OP it looks like you were fully refunded by the seller
