Seller not complying to the rules laid down by Ebay.

I would like to see a seller removed from selling any other item on Ebay. The reason being he does not comply with everything laid down as a seller, you are not able to get any reply from him also all you have to do is look at the comments some of the buyers have placed against him. At no time did he reply to postings that I made also did not notify me that he was giving all of my money back.

You would be better off looking at ebay's help  than persisting in contacting the seller

You cannot name and shame in the fotum

other members cannot remove them

The seller has 40% feedback, no wonder you are having trouble

Other members cannot see anything from the order number

You could choose not to support the seller in the first place

You could use the tools you are given by eBay

It looks like the seller cancelled as item no longer available, and you indicate you were refunded.  What rule has been broken.

I think we can give the buyer a bit of slack on the feedback,  the 3 negs the seller has  have all being in the last month,  so possibly when they purchased the seller was ok had good feedback, and you know how quickly I comment when people purchase from buyers with feedback in the gutter.

 Neither you nor  anyone else are required to do business with them.

Move on & find a better seller.
