Hi I bought an item that costs 2600 and tge seller sent me wrong item. I sent him a msg about the problem but still got no reply. Should I open a case to return item or should I wait until the seller responds?

Will you stop with all the questions and just wait for the courier to pick it up.
That's when the tracking will start.
And you MUST upload the tracking into the dispute, otherwise ebay doesn't know you've sent it back.
Talk about 'needy'

Stawks said that returns are insured, so you should both be covered.
They (Transdirect) also have a customer support number if you have questions about your parcel: 1300 668 229 (there are also some FAQs on their website).

Paper, I didn't say the return was insured.
What I said was, the seller would be stupid not to have it insured.

I'm not whining, I just find the tracking page dodgy. Shouldn't it at least show when it is being scheduled to be picked up and where? Because you guys are saying I'm responsible for the return, and my name is in sender's detail I need to make sure booking is real

You are so very on edge and anticipating a litany of problemsโฆ Itโs difficult to know how to help you because you answer every reassurance or piece of information with further worries and โwhat-ifโs.
The seller has done everything they can. The courier will pick up the harp, with no expense to you. The courier is used for exactly this sort of item. Youโve repacked the harp in the manner in which it was delivered to you. The delivery status will update when the harp is picked up, and again when it is delivered back to the warehouse.
Once itโs received, youโll be fully refunded because it was the wrong harp, not the same one as depicted in the photograph.
I think youโll probably continue to be anxious until you receive that refund. There is nothing further anyone on this thread can say to reassure you on the meantimeโฆ but hopefully the process will be quick and you will be refunded and your stress hormones will dissipate and youโll see your worries dissolve like aspirin in a glass of water.
