Seller sent me wrong item

Hi I bought an item that costs 2600 and tge seller sent me wrong item. I sent him a msg about the problem but still got no reply. Should I open a case to return item or should I wait until the seller responds?

Try reading some info that people are giving you instead of panicking.

 

Paper gave you this info 

 

They (Transdirect) also  have a customer support number if you have questions about your parcel: 1300 668 229 (there are also some FAQs on their website).

 

Call them to find out when they'll pick it up.

I just called them and asked and looks like everything is good. It will be picked up tmrw between 9-10am

Undefined may just be they have not added the item description to the delivery

I think I had mentioned earlier that the already generated label may cause issues and you may need to contact ebay to add tracking

You seem to have anxiety issues.

 

I have no idea why you feel the need to own 2 harps. If you are looking for a cut-price backup, maybe just maintain your last, angst-ridden, one. You only have 2 hands, and any harp requires both to be productive.

 

Unless you are going to go all out, fingers and toes.
