How do you know they have not posted it?
What was their handling time?

You can ask the seller to cancel the sale, but they are not obliged to

Will usually post within 7 business days of receiving cleared payment. |
So they have 5 more days.

Wait to receive the item - then open a not as described NAD.
As the others have advised.

Can you screen shot the photos of what the item now looks like on your purchase history. ??
And show us.

Wait until you receive the item. It looks to me as though they had more than one for sale in varying conditions, so as each phone sells they update the photos to the next in line rather than have a separate listing for each.
There is a possibility that the phone you get is the one you thought you were buying.
They have good feedback even if it is a relatively new account.
If what you get doesnt match the photos from when you bought then open a not as described case. When you go to the listing, at the top of the page there will be " this listing has been updated. You can see what you bought here" . Click on 'here' and it will take you to a page showing the photos from your sale.
Hope all goes well for you!

I'm late to this party & only hear to ask... why would you buy a phone from Japan?
Have you considered what you will do if something goes belly up with the phone?

You cannpt open a Not as Described dispute until you know it is Not as Described. Therefore, after you receive it.
Changing pics is not unusual - I do it often when I have multiple copies of books. Sometimes it's just the pic, sometimes pic and condition, sometimes pics and any other differences, but always the pic as the 1 I have listed now isn't the one I sold.

Oh I didnt realise you hadnt received the item as yet, so how do you know its not the one in the picture at the time you purchased, I think you are jumping the gun, wait for the item. But as someone else said why oh why would you buy it from japan.
