Sellers misleading listing

The seller as do a number of sellers listings are misleading. I made a purchase that were suppose to be polystyrene cups only to find that what I received were single wall paper cups. It is annoying that EBAY doesn't have a complaint handling section. You can not send an email directly to EBay or make a phone call. I have now referred this to the Department of Consumer Affairs in Western Australia. I am hoping that action can be taken against Ebay and the Seller.

Can you give us an item number please - on right hand side of listing ½ way down.

The eBay item number is   113691288642. The seller has now revised his listing to take out the word polystyrene

Sorry, but the only revisions I see are for BIN prices, not description/title.

That may be so, but if you open a claim, I am pretty sure it will be based on the listing as it was when you bought, not any revised, present day listing.

Thats correct its based on the listing at the time.

But really sounds like a mountain out of a mole hill from the OP, sounds like they just want something for nothing.
