What landlord would allow pet mice? Of all pets to allow?
im a landlord and have people in 2 of my properties that have mice and rats (they breed them for the supply of snake food to pet shops etc).. i honestly dont care as they have shown me the setup and they are much cleaner than say a dog or cat. as a landlord, i prefer mice/rats to cats and dogs.

Tippy toes, I thought of that too. Michelle might have to run it past the landlord though, and that could be a problem (as well as the money, the cameras are fixed). Good suggestion if she can. I've had stuff walk away too.

unbelievable if you ask me. Little wonder sellers are paying so much in fees with any rorting of the MBG like this instance. Unless, it is truly unbelievable and did not happen.
Postal Ombudsman should see through this in a second!

I can't see how postal staff incompetence comes into it either. What is incompetent about a parcel being delivered to the door and then being stolen...or being snatched from the postman's hands....whichever fairy tale you care to believe.
If Michelle was stupid enough to leave a basket at the door for her mail I wonder what she expected to happen to it?
