I just bought a nespresso machine from a seller with no feedback.
They joined Ebay on 07/04 and sold 10 machines on 08/04
The description said they were a 'top rated seller'
The item was said to be ready for shipping from melbourne but the seller is in Qld
Their email wasnt linked to their paypal account, and they didnt clear payment for a day.
The item has not been shipped
I'm getting no response from emails or phone calls

It does not cancel out the Paypal dispute.
I'm afraid that it does. PayPal policy is to close a dispute if one is lodged with the bank.

Hi Joz,
It's no secret ๐
Go to Advanced Search at the top of the page then Find Items by bidder ( left of page).
Enter the user ID, tick Include completed listings (last 30 days) then click Search.
Even though reported I see the listing still hasn't been removed and the Seller is now on -3 feedback.
One more negative feedback and a feedback score of -4 will see the seller ID automatically NARU.

Anything you do on ebay is public. Experienced ebayers will be able to tell you not only what you bought or what you sold but also how much income you made, fees you paid etc.

You can report the seller - but I would be more concerned about getting your money back at this stage.
Really push your bank to do the right thing regarding the chargeback, because as DG said, a paypal dispute is no longer an option
