Won item at auction seller now wants $260 more

Hi , Everyone

I won the auction today on a chainsaw , I was very happy until I recieved 3 ebay messages from seller saying , i wont sell

at auction price. I did send a message back stating he should have canceeled the auction befor close, as he had no intention to sell it for less than his price, you guesed it still no answer. He is now wanting 260 dollars more for the item after auction.  Any advice on what to do next would be grateful

Thanks, M

The newly listed "bike", that has no wheels, is being posted in a 3KG satchel. I'd like to see that!

The plastic bottles are in the aromatherapy category.

Given his low feedback score I'm guessing he only gets 10 listings a month. I wonder how he's managed to list 11?

Good pickup. purple.     Didn't notice the categories before.  nope smiley.gif

But now I see the one lot of bottles are listed in aromatherapy,

the 'boks' bag is in home & garden furniture, the chainsaw is in

lawnmower accessories

And both lawn mowers are listed as 'push mowers'

- motors not working?

edit:  tippy, he also listed 2 chainsaws and ended them today, so that makes 13

The bikes listed as Brand New, check the basket, looks like the mice have had a feed on it. Guys stuff is all over the shop, be interesting how long ebay let him keep making his own rules for.

I think he is an elderly guy of ethnic origin hence doesn't have a good grasp of english.

I was thinking of buying a mower, what do you think? A cheap Briggs n Stratton if it runs.

LOL ..... but seriously, I do not know why anyone would buy a petrol or electric mower.  Unless you have a very large and/or complicated and/or undulating lawn, just get a real push mower.   Good ones are less than $100.   Minutes to get it out of the shed and 10 mins to completely mow a lawn weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

I wonder if someone was to buy lots of his items if combined postage with discounts would apply ??????       275324-291c5a3d162b40b9073b4aa6088ed051.jpg.gif

Wait till you are in your 70s Cathy and then see if you still want to ask that question.

I bought one years ago.    But then the push mower doesn't really work

if you have gumnuts all over the place.   Those blades just get stuck.
