How should I deal with? eBay has twice lied about refunding me. I asked them to step in and was told to sort it out with the seller. The seller got my money and the item returned to him and yet I have nothing after 7 months Iโm concerning all options. Even A current fair. People should know about how they operate and lie. I have been promised a refund for the postage back to China and a full refund. I have this in all the chats and saved to my computer. I have received nothing back from eBay and all they do is say yes we can help you but then never get back to me. Has anyone been thought or know what my options are as eBay are meant to be 100% money back. I know I can contact the ombudsman but anything else I can do as well. Thank you
If as you say you opened an MBG dispute within 30 days past the final ETA and asked eBay to step in within the required time limit then your only option is to call eBay on the "chat with us" function at the bottom of the link below.
I have done the chat with us function numerous times in which I was told I would be refunded for the postage and the item. Now I am only being refunded for the item, but I have still not received it. eBay has told me that the payment has been made and that the case is closed yet PayPal have said no refund was ever processed from them. I was using the chat with us function at least once a week at one stage because they would never get back to me when they said they would

They told me they had put it through on the 18th of February, but when I spoke to them this morning they said to ask PayPal to check for the month of January, which doesnโt make sense
I know it has been asked, but did you fund the purchase via Payal with a credit card ?
If so, check your credit card statements for any repayment around the dates advised, other than that, nothing else you can do except keep hounding eBay
