The seller is a fraud and has sold hundreds of items.

I have reported the seller to Ebay and nothing was done.

Biggest problem is the seller has listed under  Go Karts

and there is no buyer protection in that section.

Correct and ebay/paypal are just running around over 100 people who have been scammed. Worst experience ever on ebay and they refuse to do anything about it

Finally they are NARU'd,(52 days after they were first reported).

A number of the negative feedback states that Paypal won't refund,

I've sent yet another reply to them asking that they step in to ensure that the buyers get their money back

as it's eBay's fault for allowing them to list in the wrong category.
