The poor buyers who received undeserved retaliatory negs from dodgy sellers would in all likelihood disagree with you. 🙂

As a buyer only, I have to agree. I left a positive for a seller but I commented that I was overcharged by $10 for postage and received an instant negative from her. That was wrong and I could not get it removed at that time. Ebay need to get their act together in regards to incorrect feedback or let it remain the same. Bad sellers deserve bad feedback to warn other buyers

Op, as everyone said, no negs for buyers.
But I still think there should be a way to show up bad buyers, as we all need them like a hole in the head.
And it's not just a matter of those who don't pay, they get strikes (which Ebay promptly removes), there are downright horrible people in every other way.
Those who are rude, those who blackmail, those who waste one's time for no good reason, those who are disruptive with auctions/listings, those who buy rubbish, items that cost no more that few dollars but suffer from delusional self importance and think they have earned the right to behave any way they please, usually at the expence of the seller and or seller's credibility.
Not to mention those tho repeatedly claim items not received and obtaining refunds left right and centre!
