My personal photos are being used by Chinese seller and I have asked them to remove them.

They had their watermark on it, not the OP.        So,  go figure

After careful consideration, I deduce the following - 

OP has purchased from the said seller.

Said seller has seen a photo buyer has of one of their products that OP no longer has for sale.

Seller decided to use photo and put their own watermark on it.

OP has seen their husband in blue suit taken in their living room and thought, "That's not cricket".

Thus elementary.........................perhaps.
