I bought a laser engraver in Feb and deliveried in March. It didn't work at all. Communicate with the seller and the seller seemed helpful. Tried to work it out but eventually the seller asked me to return it. He/she promised to refund including the return postage. I returned it last week and he/she also sent message to me said he/she would refund me. Unfortunately till now I haven't recieved the money and he/she hasn't replied my message.
My question, should I raise the issue to eBay Australia or directly to Fair Trading? And how to raise the issue to eBay?

He could also translate that into hiragana, katakana and kanji if you asked him nicely.
G'day Kopes.

Ask the countess to knock you one up.
In between finishing the Kopes saga.

Ah yes, The Saga.
I fear The Countess under estimates her skills as a scribe.
My admiration for such perpetuous spontaneity defining ones saga in such colourful detail is only retained within myself, not being versed in true articulated feelings, but mere orchestrated diction clumsily presented.
Perhaps indulging in Camembert, chocolate and strawberries will increase my verbal fluency.
Alas, be it not for me to ponder on my lack of skill but bask in the poesy of such creation often shown by The Countess.
For it is such that maketh dull moments gratifying, appreciating simple pleasures in an all too insensitive world.
For that I am grateful.
