Hello everyone.
How can I get refund?
The status in the ebay system shows Delivered, but far late after expected time frame and if you look the tracking history after "Delivery" statement it continues and end up with "Returned to Sender"
I bought and paid an item.
The auction was clearly written " Delivery: Estimated within 4-8 business days". The email I got also have Estimated delivery time frame.
But seller shipped the item on the last day of the written time frame.
Very long after all time frames the item arrived on the address and was immediately Returned to Sender because the address is not actual any more. No one have signed that "Delivery", package just have been returned to sender
However, ebay page shows Delivered but if you open the tracking history after the record Delivered, tracking continues with Returned to Sender in few more records showing that
Now the seller have both, the item and the money and refusing refund.
I opened ebay case "Item not received" to get refund . The seller refuse and no communication. If I escalate the case will I get refund? What can I do to get refund?

Whichever member/members did it deserve a medal IMHO, and also deserve to remain anonymous.
Not me BTW, though I have pm'd members in the past that were getting unfairly slagged on the boards, and I certainly don't see that as out of order - do you?

Gutless, all of the amigos, gutless. Even under posting IDs .. demonstrates the lack of integrity you all have. You use the trading boards for purposes other than trading. If the seller cops a negative, it will have been fuelled by this debarcle, but no matter.. you all had a laugh.

I had originally posted "it wasn't me, on any of my IDs" but thought that some might think that because I was first to post after your question that maybe it was me. You know "me thinks he protest too much" or "guilty conscience" kind of logic.
I edited my post, and rather than say anything or point the finger I just posted m's as in 'hmmmmmmmm' . . . . . like a thinking 'sound' while I wondered who it was.
Now, I don't care who did, but I suspect it is a lurker who does not post, but I could be wrong.

I do not believe you.
And I think thats fair enough.
Your post implies something quite different.
Very unfair IMO for the way it may be interpreted.

with all due respect, believe what you want. I have had my run-ins with joe, but have always taken him on head-on.
I wouldn't have a cheap shot at him, and have found his posting style has tempered somewhat these last few days. I have even given him a kudo on a post!
My post was as I explained it, edit time shows it was edited at the very edge of edit time allowed, certainly no time left to type out a sentence, and it takes little effort to type a series of m's.
Members can decide if they believe me or not, and I care not either way.

Amazing cats, I was totally unaware you could trade on the boards.............
BTW I certainly wasn't laughing at what was happening, as it was becoming more and more apparent as the thread progressed that there was a lot more to the story than the OP was telling in the original post.
Still waiting for you to answer my question........................or would you prefer to remain non-committal on that one?

And what the heck is the value in discussion about trading if posters have to "temper" posts to align to other opinions about what their opinion should be.
If you have some passion left on this carpy platform and are a decent seller with some integrity when it comes to customer service and just happen to have an approach that likes to express an authentic opinion, why on earth should you have to supress that on a discussion board if its an opinion post only, or be subject to "judgement" or mass reporting from those who use posting IDs - FGS

Perhaps before you leap to conclusions and attempt to malign my post - look at the categories of the boards - buying and selling boards come under the banner of TRADING ON EBAY BOARDS - that is what I was referring to.
For argy bargy that has nought to do with TRADING head to Community Spirit.

Are you indicating that you are the Judge Judy of the boards Cats?
That is totally the way I see your too.
