Sorry if the link does not work, Firefox has been doing dumb things (as usual).
the link worked fine. Across the top was this
Click on the 'relisted this item' link on the page you supplied and you will get to the listing, OR, click the link in post #29

Oh, just noticed- the one that you show is the relisted item, not the listing that the buyer bought.
trusted, I keep posting before your edits are posted . . . . LOL
BUT . . . the 13 feedback buyer bought the relisted item, just look at the bids made. The $210 listing was won by a buyer with feedback of 1, the relist by a buyer with 13. The OP was about a buyer with feedback of 13.

I am in the minority.
We all start with 0 and there is no reason to discriminate against new members because you think they might not pay.
Given that eBay don't allow you to discriminate in this way, there is a fair bet you are off-base.
If it's a pickup item, what you do is negotiate with the winner to arrange pickup and payment. When they collect and pay you leave them positive feedback.
There are any number of unreliable buyers with far more than 20 feedback, whilst the low feedback buyers are more likely to think they have an obligation to follow through on a sale.
Your choice, but if I wanted to buy and used my other ID that doesn't have 20 feedback yet, I know what feedback you would get if you refused to sell to me because of my feedback, and what your chances of recouping your eBay fees would be.

trusted, I think some of the confusion is from the fact that the listing won by the 13 feedback buyer WAS ALSO relisted, but with a buy-now price, and that relist of the relist was pulled shortly after the OP got some replies to this thread.
dave, the original listing for the lounge was won by a buyer with feedback of 1. I think the seller had a non-paying buyer, or one that would not communicate, so they hatched the 20 feedback plan to avoid timewasters.
This is just going in circles for me, so I will not post on this thread again until the OP comes back and maybe provides more info like that requested in post #7
nite folks

You are far superior in your search skills Sir Sales, I am probably in the same boat as DG, somedays I can't even find my car keys, even though they are in my pocket 🙂
Not sure what this listing was about but it seems to have ended today?-
I still think not selling to a buyer because he/she is a newbie is wrong, if everyone adopted that attitude, how would anyone buy anything from eBay?
p.s. I hate editing, but I hate my post looking trashy more. 🙂

If relisting again: change chase to chaise.

trusted, the OP posted this thread at 7.48pm tonight and ended that listing at 8.05 pm. Maybe they had second thoughts, maybe the 13 feedback buyer contacted them, maybe they read the replies from PJ, yourself and grumpy in this thread, maybe they will come back and tell us.
Just letting you know that DG is probably the best at finding things, certainly better than me by a long way. She is in a boat of her own when it comes to these things. She just had a 'lapse' on this thread, the first I have seen from her in years!!!! DG rocks!

That explains it. Hope the seller honored the sale for the sake of the good old Ozzy saying ''fair go''.
I did say ''probably'' because I knew that my skills are much worst. Now I'm thinking that the water under my boat isn't even the same water under DG's boat 🙂
