Did the washing change the serial number?      Cos I can't find it.

There's no law against buying to re-sell.

Contact the seller and explain that unless it is sold as washed and clearly shown in the title and description you will be forced to report it to eBay.

Sold as unwashed and the new seller is selling it as washed.

Perhaps the new seller is more experienced and the note has actually been washed?

I looked at it and thought it looks unwashed but I could be wrong.

But I am guessing seller has seen a big "improvement" in the look of the note.
