my Pead has written DD off on stress leave until further notice which means that we can go back to school when DD is good and ready even if it takes a month or so!
Re the melatonin, she has written a script and thinks its worth another shot when DD needs a good nights sleep.

I've emailed the Melbourne based one in the hope they do mail orders because there is no one near me.
If that is Compoundia Pharmacy in the Docklands, they do do mail order. We get Cam's from there and they always offer to send it out. (I always pick it up though as he needs to learn to go out into the world when needed.)
The first time we used them, the paed faxed the script straight to them for us.
