insurance is something you get hoping never to need it and fearing the day you do need it they will find something about your claim in order not to payout.
glad you have a good one.
we seem to hear so many horror stories when it comes to insurance companys.

That is good news for you.
There must be so many claims of various types flooding in that they just want to get them finalised instead of stringing it out to make work for themselves.

I,m in SA too and copped the rain and wind. A massive 100 YO pine tree has come down on top of one of my main shearing sheds crushing it like a beer can. Luckily I finshed shearing three weeks ago and ran around getting all of the wool baled up and off to the transport depot before everything closed for Christmas. Otherwise I would have serious problems as the main shed door is only one metre high now and the wool bales are 1.5 metres. high ...

I went to our remote SA farming property to drench 300 sheep yesterday. It was over 40 degrees in the tin shearing shed and steamy and tropical. I drank 7 litres of water and had to knock off several times due to being on the verge of heat stroke. No-one else there to help me if I collapsed either........
Just to cap off an entertaining day, we had a lightning storm come through in the afternoon and light up several fires within 15 km. of our property. Its pretty remote and you dont know if anyone else is out in the paddocks in the heat, so I phoned it through to 000. .....It might be tough out there, but its never dull.
TODAY ???? A nice morning coffee by the sea and 26 degrees here......Cant imagine why we moved....
