I make my "Liquid Gold Chocolate Liqueur" at Christmas every year for presents . Lindt 70% โฆ 2/3 dark โฆ 1/3 milk . Thickened cream โฆ evaporated milk โฆ condensed milk . A little instant coffee (optional) โฆ and some vanilla essence . Vodka . Do not know the shelf life โcause it get consumed very quickly . Some little lumps ,,, but they are tiny bits of chocolate โฆ (you have to run your finger round the inside of the glass to get those)
